I Believe

You are what you believe

And I know this to be true

I believe in all the good

And I believe in you

I believe that God is love

And He watches over us

That He never gives more than we can bear

Never overfills our cup

I believe in love

And all its uncertainty

That somewhere out there is someone

Who is perfect just for me

I believe in family

Sticking together through thick and thin

Loving and being bonded

Because you know where they have been

I believe that where you come from

Helps form who you are

But it’s not the end of the molding

Write your own destiny, it’s yours!

I believe in friendship

And always being there for each other

Creating years of memories

With so much left to discover

I believe in the future

And the power we posses

To make a difference in this world

If we all just do our best

I believe that character

Is more important than looks or things

Teaching our children to be kind

And always follow their dreams

I believe through all the bad

That this world is still full of hope

I believe because I choose to

This is my truth, it’s what I know.

AMEN young lady... God did create us and gave us the tools to be ourselves including free will... it's what we do with it that determines our fate... and yes the heart is much more important then the skin... AMEN once again.
