A L'air Libre' (In the Open Air)

A L'air Libre' (In the Open Air)

A Poem by Sunflower/Sara Kendrick
"

short, poulter's measure

"
A nice cool breeze circulates
Remnants of the Sunday storm
A red sun rising; beautiful
in its color and form

Red sunrise in the morning
A warning to all sailors
But then the color changed to gold
Maybe a day to savor

Your poem beautifully captures the beauty of nature. The way you describe the breeze and the sunrise is both vivid and poetic. Your use of rhyme and imagery is particularly effective, and it helps to create a sense of wonder and appreciation in the reader. I think that your poem is a testament to the power of art to help us process our emotions and connect with others.
