Eat and Be Thin? Lazy is not the Key!A Chapter by Sara Mercurythe cold, harsh, no-holds-barred TRUTH that steps on everyone's toes!Personally, I'm quite put off with people
around me who can either eat what they want without gaining a pound or
who just eat what they want and never worry that they look like a FAT,
lazy cow whilst doing it. Neither of the two types of people have any true merit in my honest opinion. The former deserves no respect because they're like the man who was given everything on a silver
platter and never had to work for it. The latter is the height of laziness and lazy is a trait I simply DO NOT and CANNOT tolerate in myself or anyone else. My hat's off to those who I know have worked and continue to work hard for their impeccable bodies, because I know how hard it is and what one must go through in order to stay this way! No lazy person is able to pull it off, I can tell you! I do not consider people who have had surgery to alter their appearance, either before weight loss or to achieve weight loss, worthy of the same honour. If anyone has ever had medically unnecessary surgery to achieve weight loss, they've taken the easy way out, and in my opinion, they will always remain a fat, lazy cow, despite what they look like on the outside. Even those who have lost a lot of weight should NEVER get surgery (unless it's causing HEALTH ISSUES), because the body imperfections (i.e., loose or wrinkled skin, body flaps, etc.) they have as the result of their past overeating and lazy misdeeds should serve to remind them of what they've done to themselves so that they won't make the same mistakes again. In such an instance, surgery would be a way to 'forget' ... and everyone should know that you can't learn by forgetting. To all those ladies who have had children and want surgery to remove the signs they've had children -- shame on you the very most! Why would you ever want to forget having children? Learn to EMBRACE your imperfections and celebrate them! Think about it - you've brought beautiful life into the world and the resulting weight/fat gain and stretch marks should serve as your trophy! (Stupid and idiotic are the women who prize vanity over the gift of childbirth!) Lose the fat ... by all means -- yes ... but forget surgical removal of those stretch marks and loose skin! They should remind you of the most beautiful part of your life ... giving birth to your sons and daughters, for God's sake! I fall off the horse too, Folks. My weight is a struggle for me every day of my life. Just because I preach and teach in this book does not mean that I think I've got it all under control. That's why I devote the better part of my spare time (when I'm not exercising my fat bum off) in the kitchen, testing out recipes and trying to develop ways that I am able to eat what my body and hormones crave without getting FAT in the process. So, whenever I find that one of my food endeavours has worked, I include them in this book so as to share them with you, hoping that they will also help you with your weight loss and weight management and fitness goals.
