Low-Glycemic, Flourless Banana Nut BreadA Chapter by Sara Mercuryall the taste of banana nut bread without all the fat and sugar!Ingredients: 1 slice of Ezekiel 4:9 7 Sprouted Grains bread 4 packets of Truvia granulated sweetener 1/8 tsp vanilla butternut extract flavouring (this is about one full drop!) 1/8 tsp banana extract (again, about 1 full drop) 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 8 natural, unsalted almonds, freshly ground or pulverised ... lol (you can put them into a zip bag and pound them out with a hammer if you've a mind to) Put the sweetener, extracts/flavourings and spices into a very small bowl with the crushed almonds and mix well, adding a few drops of water to facilitate mixing if necessary. You want the mixture not to be watery, but stick somewhat together enough to put over your bread. Spread this seasoning evenly over your bread and relish every delectable bite. Let me tell you ... it tastes so much like the real thing, you will think it's absolutely SINFUL to eat ... truly!
