Asifa.

Asifa.

A Poem by Satvika : )
"

This piece of writing was a rather spontaneous outcome of days of pain and mourning of the lost child, Asifa.

"
She had a sweet innocence to her,
The type that could melt a devils heart.
She had this beautiful dream,
A dream that could change worlds.
Her eyes would gaze at the sky,
A stare that could bring stars to Earth.
She was a warrior cloaked in a humble cotton suit.
The very suit you SHRED, while you held her down as she BEGGED and PLEADED for mercy.
The very stare that fell upon the musty ground in shame as you touched her in all the wrong places.
The very dream you shattered, just like the last bit of humanity within you.
The very innocence you stole with every passing second.
You were the devil without a heart,
The evil she couldn't change.
