Moon Light Serenade

Turning from a man to a beast

Moonlight serenade
Verse 1

My love your tears have drowned out my sorrows
And now the moonlight shows our path
A path that deepens, digs and narrows
Not knowing where it leads, it just an oath.

Chorus

Moonlight shine our way through this darkened sky
With the light we can find a way
Through the cold labyrinth of space and time
Now Day break day comes, why I change
The break of twilight has taken my bite
Dulled my fangs and the urge to fight

I hear a howl, so dark and dim
Breaking the silence of night once again
Feeling the change of beast within
Fangs out, blood thirsts, moonlight yet again
I hunt at night for the condemned of sins
Lust, wrath, and gluttony
Within my body they awake waiting for this moonlight to break

Moonlight shine my way through this darkened sky
With the light I May find a way
Through the cold labyrinth of space and time
Now Day break day comes, why I change
Fangs gone again for all these sins were mine

White light beams my eyes once more
Shining more brightly than ever before
Blinded by rage over and over

(Blood spilled on my hands dripping down to hell with more)
Killing is my medication
To keep the beast down with blood and gore
Nothing will satisfy nothing will keep, death can’t kill me
Keeping from Asking for blood, and more

Moonlight shine my way through this darkened sky
With the light I May find a way
Through the cold labyrinth of space and time
Now Day break day comes, why I change
Sins repeat for me this is what I pay.

Moonlight moonlight serenade
Killing is my game
Wolf cries my name
To come live again.

Sad and beautiful at the same time.
Pain and sorrow. Yet there seemed to be the
possibility of hope. Very captivating!

I loved it. Light, to dark, to light once more. The last stanza was the perfect ending.
It's absolutely spell-binding.
