The Seagull

The Seagull

A Poem by VERONICA

Marshmallowy down fluff,

Puffed out past your beak,

Coddles gently with my youth

And envelops my insecurities.

Your bony wing pushes through it

Tickling my pink skin,

Reminding my to return.
