Time heals?

Keep going, how? 

How when half of your soul died?

How when your heart always cries?

Is it an illusionary advice,

When we're told that time heals? 

It's been months, not only months .. 

It's been years, still can't truly heal .. 

I'm waiting, like many other broken hearted,

To discover if it's really an illusion, or a worthy advice

When we get told that the true healer is time ..

You've obviously figured it the "time heals" thing is myth (I'll call it a lie). Time just eases the pain, either replacing it with joy or other more recent pain. What time does is give us new opportunities, second chances, and hope. It's up to us how we accept those gifts. You've done a nice job conveying the pain and frustration with this myth. Nice work.
