Everlast

 

The piece (peace) of my friend.

 

So engulfed in words of adornment,

by gone…

speckled amidst time-laden paths of treasures,

unfolding,

yet to come,

Wrapped up,

so.

in memory boxes

plucked from the shelved yearnings of ago…

 

lifting and luling,

She said.

Whispers of air so thick,

they’re transparent to the heart.

white-on billows,

puffed between expanses of rest,

and whiles….

 

murmurs of a myriad few

precious laters,

meandering,

in a tiny copse of everlasting time
