Half sight.

There was a man who could only see half of everything. Half of what others could see. The wonders of this world were only half known to him. For years, he sailed across the sea, with his half sight, fighting through the storm. With his eye brighter than the sun, standing there..he watched how helplessly the quadrant of the sun sunk into the sea.
