As night looms over a distant land

A man of great prowess stands

Alone in his tower of misery and woe

With no place left to go

 

His beautiful bride slumbers behind

A veil of deceiving black

Waiting for his mind to crack

 

He knows these things 

He knows them well

If they are true

Only time will tell

 

How long will this temptress torture his soul?

Will it be for eternity?

Or shall she close the curtains,
