I Promise You, Nothing Is Wrong.

I Promise You, Nothing Is Wrong.

A Poem by Sunny

I wake up today,
And feel like I haven't slept in weeks,
I role out of bed,
And drag myself to the bathroom,
I wash and dry my face,
And shuffle back to my room,
I dig through the drawers,
 And find some happy clothes,
I put them on,
And look for more happy colours,
I find my happy paint,
And draw on my happy eyes,
I paint on a happy smile,
And draw on some happy cheeks,
I put it all away,
 And open the cabinet,
I pull out a bottle,
 And take a happy pill,
I grab my books and bag,
 And head toward the door,
I can't leave though,
 And I turn back inside,
I drop my thing on the floor,
And go back to that cabinet,
I pull out a bottle,
 And take another happy pill,
I close the cabinet,
 And take another happy pill,
I go to my bedroom,
 And take another happy pill,
I close and lock the door,
 And take another happy pill,
I sit on my bed,
 And take another happy pill,
I lay back on the pillow,
 And take another happy pill,
I close my eyes and smile,
 And take another happy pill.
