Wolf's Roar

Wolf's Roar

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce

Your children
I find so divine
and you-
you are always
so divine
with all of you
in my mind
I found my day
so Sublime.

Thank you dear
for sharing with me
the love you share
with them
and me.

I care for all
of you so much
and without
your endearing touch
I am left
a little unsatiated
but not bated
because there is always
hope that we will
come together
once more
and feel again
the Wolf's roar
of our Love too
as those little
children do.

I like it. It's simple but it has original expression. A thing does not have to be complicated to be beautiful. Some of the most beautiful things are simple, like the truth for example. Jesus said it sets us free. But I'd take it a step further and say that truth is freedom. Imagine a world in which the was no deceit. I wonder if you can. That place exists inside my mind. This sounds like a family poem,. a family that is about to break apart and yet, still hoping for some reconciliation. I very much enjoyed reading. Thank you for sharing.

Endearing. How nice to have someone to
adore and love who brings happiness.

There is such a mingling of magic and metaphor here... dancing and singing words! Your writing is filled with depth and tenderness...

this is tender and touching sidartha, you've managed to bring into life such soft praises of an understanding that could only come from the heart,
beautifully done, a sense of peace envelopes the reader, always talented.
