What can I do when, for you, love comes so easy?

You tell me in beautiful words

You say it without hesitation.

You hail flattery upon me

Like a rain in a parched land,

Of course I do.

I think your wonderful.

I really, truly do.

Then why don’t I say it?

Why can’t I tell you?

Why is it so hard

When for you it is so easy?

I don’t know what to do.

It’s not that I don’t feel the same

When you express your love

And all I can do is agree.

Just as deeply,

Just written today. Inspired by the facebook conversations between me and my boyfriend. He's constantly flattering me and all I can think to say in return is "Thank you ^_^"

Of course I do.

Shouldn't that be "Do I love you too?"

Some people just have harder times expressing themselves directly... if speak with your actions then saying it isn't needed... I like the raw honest emotions of this piece.
