Chosen

Chosen

A Poem by sinNsincerity

I have been chosen to place a foundation upon this world.

Showing my faith,

Indeed spilling out my soul.

Its blood decorates the stone.

Giving you a visual of me: the unknown.

To be known and to allow you to have the knowing that you are not alone.

I’m blessed to have eyes and ears.

To see and hear beauty, but will you take the time to notice?

Accept and embrace everything!

Throw the hate and grudges away please!

Although we cannot see grace, we are all standing in it.

Eulogia: good words giving a connection to speak with you revealing the truth and nothing but it.

I’m like anything you have ever, or will come across.

I’m not perfect.

Every day I carry my cross on my back.

I’m dragging my sins to salvation, so they’ll be forgiven.

There’s freedom to do stupid things, freedom to make mistakes because I am human.

I’m not a wind up being.

I have my own mind and I make my own choices, so for that I am thankful.

Am I existing for myself, or existing for you?

I’ll love and cater to you all because I love to see your smile and no matter the struggle, it’ll all be worth my while!

I’m taking off enough time, so I can give you all of mine.

I will never hold back, so please allow this to come to life.

Of all eons of time I’m just a small fraction.

Just to have an impact on one soul will be my satisfaction.

The foundation for me can be the foundation for you because we are all chosen!

If you understand this, let it be told.

Take it back, life, love it!

"There’s freedom to do stupid things, freedom to make mistakes because I am human," as a virgo woman this concept is always a struggle to grasp. Cause being a perfectionist is one of my major character flaws, so that line was especially special to me.

The message was clear and precise and relatable! I enjoyed it!

Your welcome :)
A simple truth that we can all meditate on! When one realises that 'you' were chosen all along that becomes a reality that can change attitudes, and cultivate inner peace and a servants heart. Always understanding that life is for giving, that's when you know your living!

Wise words bro! R x

We all have a purpose, and there's a purpose behind that; rather we understand or accept it.

The piece has a message, it is strongly represented in the imagery and terminology.
As a work I believe the whole suffers for the part, that is the beauty of flow and communication is diminished by the ever present light of the theme.
There are a couple of places though where your talent with weaving words does surface.

I feel your faithful conviction, how you stand by it firmly. But it does not feel preaching-like, but very gentle and wise and down-to-earth.

This is so beautiful. a profound message hidden in your words. Loved the way you crafted the entire work around the thing we all should take heed of. Life is too short to hold grudges. start living it freely and accept everything with open arms even sour lemons.

Yes exactly! Life is too short and we should do our best to be happy as well as others.
Well done, way to truly lay yourself out there. Also, you offered all, a much needed dose of perspective. Perspective.....use it, or lose it!
Very nice

Thank you for reading!
How gorgeous! We are all so blessed with so much and one is free will. Realizing that is a step toward living a joyful life: We must forgive for ourselves; not to forget but the learn, contribute to humanity and be a compassionate person. That's why we are on this small planet with an endless universe. Pass the love forward. Just beautiful - I love it.
