Happiness Is

Happiness is?

She is the reason for this.

Asking her to respond and acknowledge me but,

Am I not worthy?

For I have fallen.

And there’s no way for me to comprehend.

Headlines across the universe.

Let it be known!

Known that it was well worth it;

Rather than wondering all of those nights all alone.

Does it come as a shock to you?

Has no one ever told you that they loved you?

Well hey,

It’s fine doll…

My only problem and question the replays in my mind is,

“Oh God, what have I done?

I fell in love and ate it!

Taking it all in…

How about you?

How did it taste?

Adam and 3v3 took a hunger that awaited.

And for that,

Man and women will forever live in sin…

Not to mention the relapsing unforgiveness.

I yell,

“Why can’t you be with me!?”

And she responded so subtly,

“Because honey, we just weren’t meant to be,

But I do like you.

Are you mad at me?

Do you hate me?

Say something..?

I want to be but,

Really,

Really?,

Really!,

My heart is truly just sad.

And has no hands to pound on yours,

So I said it was fine,

While I laid on the carpet of your apartment bedroom

And lit a stoggie and sipped the red vino

Intrusively thinking of all of the wrongdoings…

Was I wrong to tell you how I was feeling during our first meeting?

Eternal safeguard to your unfallen ways.

Wanting hope that maybe one day we can exist with each other without the tangible feeling.

I’m generous to your being.

Good or bad…

Creating things from my heart for you because,

Well because

Simply money can’t measure how much I love you!

To make you feel special,

Giving it all away,

Giving it all to you to the point…

Where I feel new to happiness is!

Happiness is...

Love!

School was cancelled due to a power outage,
so I wrote this on the bus ride home...

Simple, but mind blowing and so full of fiery emotions! Happiness is love indeed, happiness is loving the person in front of you and making that person your priority, even when it could be unrequited. But that is what unconditional love is...loving despite not being loved.

I did find a few things that you could improve on:
That line "My heart is truly just sad" sounds a bit broken
And did you mean "your" in line "I’m generous to you being"
