Father's Day Poem

Father's Day Poem

A Poem by R.J Calzonetti (SinisterPotatoe)
"

I wrote this for my dad. I hope he likes it!

"

When I look at you,

I am reminded of home,

When you smile,

It reminds me of laughter and happy days

When you take me places, or play sports with me

I’m reminded that it feels good to stop being a couch potato sometimes

When you tell me to do work

I’m reminded of how I could be spending my time playing videogames instead

But on Father’s Day or not,

I don’t need to be reminded that I’m your son.

Happy Father’s Day Dad!

Please tell me what you think, but don't sugar coat it please.

I very seldom reply to reviews, but I promise I read EVERY single one. I look forward to my next review, because it helps me learn. Even if it's just one word, I promise, I will be ecstatic to have the chance to hear what you have to say. Whenever you write something about my poems, or the themes of my poems, or criticize me it is not in vain. I will listen, learn and be thankful.

Sini...... ok, I won't coat sugar. This poem is impact of million voices. You know there are so many people who forgot to wish their father on father's day and many wants but things are already too late for them......
But you did!!
I don't know how much your father is proud of you but 1000% sure you're proud of him beyond most proud.
Again I didn't coat sugar, wrote what I felt.😊
