No Mercy

No Mercy

A Poem by R.J Calzonetti (SinisterPotatoe)
"

Just an angry poem

"

No mercy, no mercy, I saw no mercy, when my grandfather died, there was no mercy

I’m asking why you had to lie, why you let this pass right by, right before my f*****g eyes

Mercy, mercy, there was no mercy, when I was hospitalized, there was no mercy

No mercy, no courtesy, not deserving, a fresh serving of the hostility with every pill it seems it was slowly killing me with no ability to stop it, vomiting from my esophagus

Living through the physical and emotional pain knowing you caused s**t, people slain, living in vain, in constant pain and I'm insane?

Asked for humanity, you just dropped it, called us the ones to blame, you just robbed us

To you, we were just pimples on the earth, not worth your time, not a dime, just a crime for those who whined without hesitation you popped us, I’m past the rhymes because I saw this, my anger can't be pacified when you think your all this

No mercy, no mercy, never any mercy, no god is going to save me, I don’t want to go to church, please

Mercy, never any mercy, I know firstly, I never did the crime, I wasn’t thirsty, perky

I’ve been raped inside these walls, and I know you saw it all, you baptized my broken body in the hospital halls, but it’s all ok because you call me cursed to see a reason beat me when I fall, like I'm just the worst breed, just a f*****g bad seed, I deserve to bleed because of things that I can't see and never was a part, so my body, my life, you drew blood on the canvas and made art of

I believe it's time to hold onto any idea of humanity but hate is such a calamity that never can a fan I be of today, watching everyone I love burn in flames, peace is nothing but a plastic bag,  it can float away because as you can see we  never were free and my words only matter to me, and I'm madder to see that even if I flat out bleed for you the last splatter won't feed you the words you want to hear, to spread more hate by causing fear, a mirror image of the devil on another level red dribble covering my face, this place no longer feels safe, the pain cannot be erased, the anger, the voilence causing me to harber shards of hate, and it's too late for apologises

A devil in your eyes, a soul that you despise, the words I say mean nothing today, your so wise you act like you never heard me, call it lies you defy human laws, like all of me is evil, your seal of approval, I'm a tumor you want a removal, it's absurd please, you don’t know what the most important word means so I'll tell you, maybe in hell then you'll because I'm f*****g sick of your bull

Mercy is a hesitation, respect lent in any given situation, to show the difference between man and virus, a humbleness within creation, a certain patience, a loving silence, an arrangement where even if life is dangerous you stay away from all the hatred, the violence, there's line you never cross regardless of the nation, a foundation of love, a fountain of life beyond death above the prejudice, the meds I just took and the life you took from me

I’d show mercy whether or not I get a standing ovation because living life crushing youth isn’t the relation or occupation between a doctor and patient

No mercy, no mercy, who cares if pain hurts me, my flesh was their lunch, I'll have his brain for dessert, please

Spreading cannibalitic disease, fleas drinking blood water, killing mothers and father like fodder

Mercy, mercy, it’s fair to murder me, I’m deserving in your eyes, not serving your alibi

Mercy mercy, why should I even cry, for my emotions aren’t recognized, just like I don’t understand the rules you abide by

And the death that you sit side by side by

You think I’d let it slide, why?

You let bullets decide who dies because you’re so high and mighty

Like you’re the only one who’s right, just because you won this fight, our differences are slight but more than enough to make you bite

Mercy….. Mercy?

What was that word again?

I heard it a long time ago but the meaning doesn’t fit this world

Because for every boy and girl if you don’t fit in you’re a toy that’s killed

And the will of the people is to burn difference like it’s illegal

So you’re free to crush us because to you other people just aren’t real

R.J Calzonetti (SinisterPotatoe)
I very seldom reply to reviews, but I promise I read EVERY single one. I look forward to my next review because it helps me learn. Even if it's just one word, I promise, I will be ecstatic to have the chance to hear what you have to say. Whenever you write something about my poems, or the themes of my poems, or criticize me it is not in vain. I will listen, learn and be thankful.
