Betrayed

This is personal!

I had always believed you. Every word you said I believed was the truth. But that wasn't

the case. Because behind your kind eyes lie the truth. Yet, I was so blinded by my own

feelings toward you  I could not see it. Now that I know the truth it feels that there is a

hole in my heart beyond mending.  I feel as though a part of me, has been ripped out of

my body. I feel...empty, and alone. You were always there for me. You were the one who 

dried my tears and made me smile. You chased my sorrow...but now you bring the

sorrow. You swore to me you would never lie to me. And me being so idiotic, I believed

you.  I had put my trust into you and you betrayed me! Was everything you said, a lie? 

Another story to make me have sympathy for you. I just want to ask you one

thing....Why? Why did you lie to me?What were you to gain out of this? Do you enjoy

seeing me hurt? Does it amuse you as I beg and plead, with tears streaking down my

face? Will you even dare to look me in the eye and tell me why?

Great write! The situation that you seemed to conjure up was one that really resonated with me, as it was something that I had experienced in the past. I thought that you did a great job in capturing the frustration and desperation and overwhelming passion of the situation, and the way you spoke directly to the person. In all honesty, I wasn't a fan of the format of this, and I thought that writing it all out in a paragraph made it seem rushed and also visually, it looked like one huge block. However, the actual content was well-written. Keep writing! :D
