Grace Hope and Love Sitting on the Mercy Seat

Dear Lord You have me sitting on the mercy set

All my sins are forgiven your will is complete

You gave me your saving grace on the cross of Christ

Your shed blood and your sacred heart have

 

Paved my way to heaven's gate

So when I come knocking on the mercy door

You be sure and answer my call

Write my name in the book of love

With your grace and your love

I'll be blessed dear Lord

When your saints come marching in

My name will be in their numbers

Thanks for your grace and your glory

Dear Lord Almighty God Maker of Heaven and Earth

You are the one and only true God I seek

To save my soul Jesus your son shed his precious blood

as a sacrifice for my sin to let me in to heaven's gates

When my time has passed and I lying still

And face your will dear Jesus

 

And to the Almighty I continue to pray

Save my soul for tomorrow and today

Do not let time pass with out your forgiveness

My God My Savior My Jesus My Lord
