Until I Soar the Horizon Before Me
By: Adam M. Snow

Do I wake or do I dream.
Do I live or do I die.
Twinkle now I ponder here
As I travel, far and near.
I speak that I dare not speak;
I long after a dream to wake,
But not wake fully from a glimpse,
Leaving I but many simps.
Do I wake or do I dream.
Do I live or do I die.
Until I soar the horizon before me,
I am caged until I am free.

I like the questions create by the poem. We must make many decisions. Most of us feel caged up. Few will know real freedom. Thank you for the outstanding poetry.

There is a grand depth to this piece. there are times in life when we question many things. This shows some of those strong questions and the emotion comes through clearly.

To rush through would be a great disgrace. This poem definitely fascinated me, held my interest and was fast paced, but not incredibly so to the point where I lost my place.

Ach, this is me. I read your poem in my Canary Cage, in an office in Canary Warft. I can't see anything through the window, which is some distance away, other than other buildings. Not one patch of sky can i see. i can see nothing green, nothing natural from my corporate tomb here. And so reading your poem makes me think strongly of escape. I want to do exactly what your title says. so your poem has real meaning for this prisoner.

Ah, the perfection that relates within the piece, it reflects the thoughts of young lovers, though emotion can not by itself have forgotten time, you tend to relate it more and more and more again, well done, good read.
