Troubles

Troubles

A Poem by HighSchoolAdventurer

yYou know that feeling you get when you are completly oblivious to the problems you have been struggling with?

When your troubles are taken away ?

Its only for a short while

it doesnt come around often though so you must cherish your time with it

It only comes around when you least expect it to

Ive tried getting that by putting in my headphones and listening to that rocker music that i hold near and dear

try to find it,and  it will never be found

Some people spend their whole lives looking for this

they end up suffering and dying

Keep your mind open, is the best chance you have

I like the questioning, again. Sometimes I will look back and suddenly it all makes sense, which is weird because I was the solution or the obvious was in my face the whole time. And yes, the problem was my mind was closed and oblivious.
Keep your mind open!

I found myself responding your interrogation wanting to keep reading in order to see where it would lead. And in the end, it was worth the read for sure. Très Bien!

I discovered Alter Bridge a few months back ... their track LIVE MUST GO ON works for me, as does their METALINGUS. Shame the band is taking a break for a year.

I also had a moment such as you describe. My ebook sales were stuck on 22. I felt like that was it. The mood lasted many days, every mornning 22, 22, 22, 22, 22, day after day. I grew to hate looking. There was a msg on the page that was like a nail in my chest, THERE ARE NO NEW SALES TO REPORT. And then there it was sale 23. My troubles wer taken away. And the next day, 24 was there. I then new that fate was playing games with me. But what can we do, but smile, and take it! As Alter Bridge put it, life goes on, and so do we!
You are right, some people never feel such little moments of Okness. Well written.

This is like, so motivating. And verryyy relatable. I have often found happiness very fragile, it's so hard to find that moment when nothing in the world troubles, and everything seems just perfect. You have said the truth in an awesome manner. And the ending just makes it what it is, and well, it also teaches to cherish every moment, it's precious and obviously won't ever come back. I've had this bad habit of taking everything for granted, and well, now I'm motivated to change that, and just cherish every moment!
