In the night

In the night

A Poem by Thistle

If I was a feather then you would be the wing,

You cast me like a line deep into the earths king.

With your hands melting like butter around my neck

Sleeplessy im needing the warmth of your breathe.

Taking my imagination through the cracks in the ceiling

Painfully yearning for the darkest most disturbing feeling.

Wrapping my hair around the wrist that I adore,

My heart pounds through the linen as I mercilessly want more.

Feeling every part of you, every eyelash to the taste of my skin,

Pouring over me with scolding desire, until I can feel you from within.

I am empty and gasping for life, my heart you have stole,

Every breathe is a mountain and you have captured my soul.
