Thank you very, very much.
A lovely write...enjoyed...makes me think of my great grandfather...he was blind but when he held me from what my mother told me...he said I was beautiful even though he couldnt see me...that was in England where I was born...:)

Oh I see...its nice to have those kind of photos...:)
This poem really touched me because I was thinking of my father and grandfather! It painted a picture in my head while reading it! it's amazing how a few lines can pull together the whole picture!

he's older and he is tough...but inside is that soft heart...and those calloused hands that have worked so hard all his life can stop for a moment and caress the newborn child...they can be tendered...

I'm definitely not any judge of this format. It's not one I use. Though I do enjoy reading it.

You captured the context well.. As it brought up very old memories for me of my own. :)
