Life Value

Life Value

A Poem by Oussama Edkhil
"

This poem is for giving a little reflection on what makes the human attached to life, and living it until the end with its ups and downs.

"

Be or not to be in living the life, the fate,

Is and is a question of searching for the reason to stay

Alive working, alive breathing, free and free

A man was asked, "Why are you still alive?"

Funny question, a big sea

Then he replied, "I'm here for two reasons, give me your hear!"

"One I was born, and second I've not died yet"

Have not you seen a drowning man

Whose life seeks the life

Whose soul seeks the Lord

A line I'm in to go on

A line my life walks upon

To live a story of a man

Whose life seeks the life to die after all

Peacefully with its believes

Intentionally to keep up the beats

Of evil, and enjoy the blessing days

With a heart of faith, a faith to light my sides

Without it what life would be so

If no one sees that there is nothing to live for

And no one to love, or care about, because it is nothing after all

Does it make life a living time or just,

an empty place of sand and dust

So that is my way, that is my sight

Return to Allah, to bring the light
