Where is the darkness heading? Heading it's way? Heading her way? Why does it want her head on a plate? Who are these three boys? I like this very much and I want to understand more of what I am reading. I can hear that guy doing movie voice overs reading this. Especially the last line. I bet you an incorporate this into the next chapter or the official first chapter as she is heading up to the pub to find Tanner or as she is standing out in the rain debating on going it. Good start!!!
