The Essence of You.....

The first time I noticed
Your wit and your style
It captured my interest
You did make me smile

I found myself seeking
you out more and more
Craving your attentions
Like no other man before

I found you had substance
beyond others I'd met
I sensed you had depths
I hadn't seen yet

Through many encounters
Each meet was well met
I discovered a soul mate
A friend, a sweet face

You made yourself known to me
You became a gem rare
You haven't shown me else
I started to care

Days, weeks and months
have flown by in your light
I'm encaptured within your soft glow
I've no will to fight

I'm warmed by your tenderness
by your charm and your style
I'm ensnared by your seduction
Your sexual fire

Each minute, each hour, each day
that transpires
I'm deeper & deeper,
higher and higher

That first face to face
what a thrill, my heart raced
I couldn't imagine
Anyone better in your place

The attraction was immediate
The physical like a drug
my heart was filled by you
I was enveloped in your hug

Each moment spent with you
Each touch, kiss and smile
made it clear in my heart & mind
I hoped you'd stay for awhile

I have never been
So intrigued by a man
touched my mind and my life
in all the ways a man can

I remember your skin,
the feel against mine
Your warm breath at my temple
Your lips, sweet caress

Your hands make me tremble
with desire and want
"Can I keep You", I whisper
You smile your consent

Your eyes mesmerize me
I'm lost in the depths
I see myself in them
I'm lost, I don't care

Each sunrise and sunset,
Each star and the moon,
The whisper of wind
in the trees, Me and You

I miss you I do,
I've told you before
I want you, I do
I want you much more

I crave your attentions
I miss your sweet smile
Your cheeky wicked grin
the glint in your eye

Come back to me soon
My arms miss you so
Come back to me soon
For my life can but grow....

Oh i love this there are no words that i could come up with to even try to describe what this made me feel i have know my husband for 20 years been married for six and i would just love for him to read this simply beautiful i almost cried overwhelmed with emotion especially with it reaching home since he is deployed i love it definatly going in the favorites
