Jigsaw puzzle

Her silence was like a jigsaw puzzle.

He chose to put the pieces patiently together,

Only to discover at the end-

He was nowhere in the picture.

i like the poem the loving and losing and the symbolism of the puzzle as saying that love can really be an enigma
