Self love

Self love

A Poem by Suchita

Self- love

The grass aint greener on the other side
When it comes to my self
Like a narcissist admires his appearance
I admire my self

With so many dimensions
Yet all in harmony n beauty they reside
In my self

Like stars in the sky
Trees in the mountains
Beaches next to sea
I find my self

A beautiful view is it
Whether thoughts, feelings, emotions, nuances
Whether, ego, situations, appearances

There’s always something good
Coming on its way
As I discover newer n newer paths
To explore n “foray”

It’s a self that wants, needs, has,
Good things only
Nothing else resides
In this self of mine

It has gone through joys n sorrows, successes n failures,
Yet it doesn’t flicker
In hope, love n desire

It has only good in mind,
For myself n all of mankind.
