Honeydew Kisses

Honeydew Kisses

A Poem by SyberRose

Honeydew kisses and misty soft whispers

flowing like a ripple in the streams

Let us enjoy our Smokey Mountain wine

while we bathe within crimson moonbeams~

Honeydew kisses and misty soft whispers

please uncork this yearning of mine

Tickle me with whispers of bluegrass

up and down the branch of my spine ~

Feverish lips drip with passion

as the full moon begins to rise

Let us seduce the southern lights

Beneath the Smokey Mountain skies~

so romantic ..we are new arrivals in the Ozark Mts. and just last week the "super moon" was aglow ..we have folk music in the square every Friday and Saturday while the weather holds ..i have much to relate to in this poem and enjoyed where it takes me romantically ..peace and joy my friend

It's romantic and beautiful. While reading the poem one can feel the ambience that you have created in it. After the first reading I thought I like the second stanza the most. Reading it for the second time made me realize I love it all. :)
