As The Sun Goes Down

As The Sun Goes Down

A Poem by SyberRose

Does the sun compete with the stars?

while the moon covets from afar

Is the morning jealous of the night?

      as it yearns for moonlight~

Until the evenings rendezvous

       stealing a moment till adieu,

Although parting is sweet sorrow

      they long again for tomorrow~

When the heartbeat of temptation

      hides in shadows of disguise,

The brazing sun goes down

      and moon and stars arise~

They share the seabed of the ocean

      Ménage à trois of devotion~

How I have missed your work, my SyberRose- Sybernoodles has missed her fill of your splendid work accompanied by some lovely artwork that always takes my breath away, this was no different. You have left me staring at my screen - most likely looking weird - like it has just come alive!

Thank you so much Baby...and for peeking in...Rose:)
What a beautiful poem about the dance between day and night. Those last two lines created a bow that tied the entire poem up perfectly.
