hosting night life's flip side of day is love
pressing next to your heart
hard beats mesmerize my thoughts
intense pine needles poke pores
casting chills
impulses cradles
gridlock judgement
tiny hairs salutes love
trance 
romance
scorch kisses
dazed 
mind ablaze 
love haze

been at this juncture before...that love haze...the mesmerized thoughts of another...
we find love on the flip side where we least expect it.
really like the personification in this...all of the poem comes alive...

By the poem's layout, word choice intense image stacked upon image, I guess here you depict the surge and arrays of emotions one feels in the intimate company of a loved one.
