The Plunge

Wasted years on shore,
yearning to flow with the tide,
but never could swim.

Author's Note

I wrote this for an "inspiration wall" at an old job to help remind my co-workers that there was indeed life beyond those walls. Sometimes you have to work for what you want, don't give up when it doesn't come to you immediately. :)
