A written word from you,my love

A written word from you,my love

A Poem by Tali Katzman

I'm sitting here, waiting patiently

The distance is slowly growing, time is slowing

Old memories are reborn, imagination is going wild

Where are you my love, what are you doing

I miss you with my very essence, how much I long to hear your voice

A written word from you would mean the world to me

Something written purely from your heart, you have mine and I have yours

The light of hope is slowly fading; old memories run wild in my head

Songs have new meaning; they don't contain hollow words anymore

Every word wakes something within me that wasn’t there before, just for you

I'm waiting to hear from you my love

A written word from you will create sparks, make the light of hope burn brighter.

Heartfelt empathy, enduring a loved ones absence..

Now thats written from the heart. A clever write about distant love and the mind games we play to preocupy ourselves.
Always keep hope, sometimes it is all we have.
