Do you ever feel?

do you ever feel like you aren't good enough for anyone including yourself?

Do you ever feel as if the people around you

Don’t actually like you,

They just pretend to.

 

You sit there and think to yourself

Wouldn’t it be better if I just wasn’t around?

Because you feel so worthless,

You feel like you aren’t good enough.

 

You tense,

You feel faded in the distance.

The only thing that comforts you

Is the joy of controlling your own nightmares.

 

Because right now

Nothing seems right,

The only thing seeming right these days

Are the nightmares that scare you,

So, you feel an emotion,

To feel as if you are still alive and not empty.

 

Feeling an emotion is what makes you human,

As much as you hate it,

There is nothing you can do to fix it.

Not one single thing!

the feeling of insecurity is present in each one of us but we have to learn to accept our weaknesses and try to do something about it so in the end it can make our life worth living for. Nice poem.
