A faceless man walking through the crowd 
A grey man walking In the world
A scared man looking at his sliced skin
A frightened man with silent tears falling from nothing
Just a man who is standing alone in the great big world drowning with everyone else breathing fine

Very good writing. I tend to be very wordy with my writing but this got the emotion across in so few words.
