The Heart of Love

Basically this is who I am... I have gone as far as seeing people at a store parking lot needing food and buying food and water for them and showing that there are compasionate people out there.

 The heart of love

 What is love

 Love is an emotion that can conquer the hard hearted 

 Love is a strong word only to be used in its most true way

 Love if not careful can bring down the strongest of men

 Love is true and tried

 Only the truest of mankind can carry this in thier hearts

 The heart of love is the biggest of all

 I should know

 I carry such a heart full of love

It's a nice poem. If I were to make any recommendations I'd suggest adding more lines to the 'Love is...' list (but before the final 'Love is true and tried'), it'd demonstrate through form as well as content the power of love. As it stand though, I really like it.
