Elegy from an Edgy Soul

Elegy from an Edgy Soul

A Poem by Arafat Safin

He's breathing your posh perfume
Getting high on your beauty
While I am locked inside my room
Another loner in this city

He kisses your milky white neck
I just stare at my white walls
He's another heart for you to break
Why don't you play with d***o & dolls

More fools will fall into your game
But I am going somewhere else
You just want money and fame
In sins and lies your heart dwells

Don't want to see your fake smiles
Hope lies on the other side of fence
I'll travel millions and many miles
And leave you to your decadence

Cutting the tree
Cutting the tree that shadowed me from the sun
So I can build you your f*****g throne
