Walking

Walking

A Poem by Broken Child
"

We're constantly walking - through pathways, friendships, heartbreak, emotions... Just walking.

"
Stranded
Alone
Walking endlessly
Friendships come and go
Hearts are broken
Never mended
As if no one cares
About the girl crying in the corner
What has she done
Wrong?
Nothing
But she keeps on walking
Even as she sits
Silent
Still

Untouched
By nature
Trees whistle
in the soft breeze
Look at her
They whisper,
Look at those tears dried on her face
Look at the blood on her hands
Look at her
Look at her

I continue walking
So many people I wish
I could stop and let them cry
On my shoulder
But I know they won't accept
My difference
I know who they need isn't me
I know that who I need
Is someone I shall never receive

So I keep walking
Sadly,
I can't walk past the pain
It is carried with me
Through the whispers of the
Hopeless Trees

Walking is a better title.it marches with the theme of the poem and the word "walking" appears several times.
Its a cool poem. sad and nice.
