Russian Roulette

Russian Roulette

A Poem by t.m.

I say too much
But the problem is my words are never enough.
It's almost like my mouth was sewn shut
But on someone like me
That would be far too much mercy.
I wish someone would take this pen from my hands
And finish the pages so that I don't have to,
But where's the satisfaction if it's not you
Holding the gun to your own head?
On my own in the middle of the woods
Playing Russian roulette because no one else would.
I wouldn't let them because this round is mine
And mine alone.

The game of Russian Roulette. A deadly dance and place to know.
"Playing Russian roulette because no one else would.
I wouldn't let them because this round mine
And mine alone."
I enjoyed the complete poem and the above lines. Were very good. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.
