Dear Reader Do Not Read This

It is demeaning to the experiance itself
to be expressed with the mere means of words.
So why do you want a poem?
Why am I writing this poem?

Guilt and doubt troubles my mind.
Would you like to share?
I do not think so.
All you do is read, you do not feel.

You do not seem to get it.
So I forgive you for reading this.
I forgive you so I can forgive myself
for writing it.

I have to say it's a very smart poem. Though I have to say that sometimes the words we read, speak louder than anything. Poems aren't just words, they're feelings and we too feel them. It's very beautifully written and sadness is lingering in each line. Great job and sorry for reading lol xD

Very good articulation of your point. One thing though, "writing". Beyond that, its powerful and unfortunately, all too true from the perspective that as empathetic as the reader may feel to any poems subject, the reader will NEVER actually know how the writer feels.
