Hallelujah ( alternate lyrics)

Hallelujah ( alternate lyrics)

A Poem by Themanwithaplan

The song Hallelujah with a set of alternate lyrics that I wrote

I saw an angel at my door
the kind I'd never seen before
she said all that she wants is something new.
I didn't know so I asked why
she'd trade a mansion in the sky
She said "so I could be your hallelujah"

and yes I've heard the devil said
amazing grace runs through his head
His forked tongue, it bled the day he met you
So if you'd care to talk a while

I'd walk through Hell to see you smile
A thousand and miles I'd go for hallelujah

I wish I knew just where to start
The masterpiece they call your heart
It beats and speaks to me sweet hallujah's
Though I've been warned there's hell to pay
I'll be damned if judgement day

can keep me from that angel's Hallelujah

Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallulujahhalle

The way you convey the title in this works...you use the word in each stanza...I wonder if the last line is as is:

Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallulujahhalle
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah
