We starve the environment. Women starve from abuse or for fashion...Neither bear ripe fruits. Profound, important poetic statement. Brilliant and perfect poem. Brava!

oh my, so many layers to this....

we abuse the trees, or nature does...

nature nurtures women, yet some abuse them..
and they all become bare trees...literally and figuratively...
