Piece for Peace.

Piece for Peace.

A Poem by Beatrice Mars
"

War Zone

"

Put me together
Piece(s) for peace?
and shoot my skin
if you must,
We're in a war zone now.
(you can play bigger than that)

And before we cry
(try)
let us remember
those
(terms of endearment)
who died
and what they meant
(for us to remember)
(We're in a war zone now?)

Things could be worse
they said until (our) their deaths
(the hour of their deaths)
That is the essence of our humanity
(we'll chant until it's true)
'Cause we're a killing
machine
The essence of
our humanity
(This is a warzone now)

And we say
this is
Hercules to the rescue
(tallyho)
I'm sorry
I'm mean
Over the top

So this is
Pretentiously
Potentially
a war game.

And we're in a war zone now
(Where are we going to)
Where we're going to
Self destruct (?)

mmmmm i likes it! awesome title.
"petentiously, potentially" - that was cool too.

can tell english has got you in the mood.
claire clearly really likes everything, too. I mean, you can just tell by all the detail she went into, can't you?
