The Bright Side

The Bright Side

A Poem by Beatrice Mars

For every one I
Give,
You hit me with something
Five times stronger,
You're more Consistent
And generally better.

But I've got my torch,
I'm looking for the
Bright Side
And I think I've got
It,
But, for however much
Darkness you may bring,
I really need you
To keep me going.

There are ideas
Bouncing around
My head,
And when ever I
See you
They intensify.
(Ideas of how to kill you)

But the last time I tried,
You came back,
Five times harder,
Locking me up,
Just to have me.
Because I'm
Sure I'm
NoThing to you,
Not like you are
To me.

I love you,
                                    I adore you,
I watch you when you sleep,

I always have a picture of you, just incase I forget what you look like.........

Not that that could ever happen.

I love you,
So much,
I need to put a bullet through
Your Brain.

I plead with you to let me
Out of this place,
You do,
(I think you might love me a little bit.)
You say,
Don' t come back.
(You must love me,
 Just a little bit)

The next time you
See me,
I put a Bullet through your brain.
(Because I LOVE YOU THAT MUCH!)

Author's Note

Beatrice Mars
I listened to 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life' From Monty Python, while writing and typing this up. It should be listened to while read!

I didn't listen to the song unfortunately but i love this. it comes across so lovingly sinister.
