Life's Dead End

Life's Dead End

A Poem by Thrinna Mae
"

Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live.

"

Sometimes…

Dreams are better than reality…

You can see things that will never happen in true existence…

You can go to places where you want to be…

You can do actions that you can’t perform in the real life…

But above all…

You can feel the embrace of the people who have passed away…

And once more

Show how much you love them…

My grandfather…

Meeting you in my dreams is still a gift…

From that day you left us, you’ll never imagine how life is gloomy…

I will miss you forever and until this pain of losing you fades…

Heavenly Father…

Guide him as he enters your kingdom…

Let his memories be mused by the heart of the people who know him…

His life is worth living…

So true and very moving! I agree with this poem. A lot of people fear death as it's the worst thing.. but death itself isn't something to fear. It's not having enough time.. to live is what is feared. We don't know when it'll be our time. We just gotta live the best/most we can. Enjoy life as much as we can. I'm so sorry to hear about your grandfather. I lost one grandfather last year and yeah, losing someone that we know is hard. I felt his presence when I heard the news and I cried the whole night as I went to sleep. But I felt his comfort too.. like making me feel it'll be okay. Hmmm..this piece is very powerful! Amazing write girl! Nice work! And remember, even the people we lose.. they'll always be with us whenever we need them. Precious memories will always be in our hearts. It's okay to miss him.

I guess the purity, the true values and the power your above scripted words carry make your work more of a condolence prayer. I think, we should absolutly thank the Almighty to feed us with the power of an illusion to enter the world where we can meet the most loved spirits of our close one`s. We being humans it becomes tough for us to have them back who had once left us. The only path to eternity in vry short span of time is our dreams.

They play a vital role in our life....
Great words(compliment from heart)

Powerful words pieced together into perfection. This is an amazing write and something that, i think, everyone can relat to in one way or another. An amazing show of spirituality, and a beautiful gift for someone who was lost.

I can say the emotion in this runs deep and that on some level I can find myself in this piece. I think it reminds me of those I lost due to whatever illness or suicide.

"It is a good viewpoint to see the world as a dream. When you have something like a nightmare, you will wake up and tell yourself that it was only a dream. It is said that the world we live in is not a bit different from this."--Hagakure by Yamamoto Tsunetomo Just a quote that I like and thought of when I read this. This peace is remarkably sweet.
