The Unspoken Throb

The Unspoken Throb

A Poem by Thrinna Mae
"

Sometimes, you just can't go back to the past for love when it has been completely forgotten already.

"

My heart beat fast when you barely came

Being flabbergasted as you spoke my name

You made me remember our poignant past

From the days I left all your shadows cast

Why should it happen when it was too late?

Why do I have to see this wicked side of fate?

Our love was lost and it will never be found

A  mischievous case  buried  in the  ground

Though you still reside in this heart of mine

My heart and yours by now crossed the line

Dwelling in the past was not a good choice

Yet I hear you weeping in a trembling voice

We’ve been in mirth but it’s time to forget

Though  your heart is  full of  callous regret

Things must be spoken ahead the right time

An honest statement will never be a crime

Author's Note

Thrinna Mae
When you love someone, just tell them right away! Haha! XD
"Speak up before it's too late and never hesitate." It's just hard regretting the greatest opportunities in life, career, love etc...So be yourself always.

I like how you used a different font to begin every stanza ! you are so so talented with your words, this poem proves it.

this poem expresses the cause to be overcome with astonishment
giving way to form of angry internal rejection, causing behavior
of observing, interpreting, and recording the things in life that
cause the heart to either break or grow, depthfully invented, loved it ^_^

This was just like the beats of one pulsing heart. It had such a flowing essense that I got carried away in the cadence. I REALLY enjoyed reading this piece. I actually read it a couple of times. Each stanza leads into the next and keeps the flow all the way through...don't even get me started on the rhymes...I WISH I could do that..and do it that well... Man that is a wonderful poem. Reguardless of not speaking up when you love somebody...oh my goodness!!! Thank you for your RR :)

You are right, dear. It is better speaking up early than regretting for not doing it at the end and we cannot dwell always in the past, we have to move forward. Wait a sec, you should be inspired by your own work, go ahead and tell him, LOL. You should publish your works. I really love this. It is something that inspires me a lot. xx ;)
