Mysterious Darkness

Mysterious Darkness

A Poem by Tina Kline

In the shadows darkness bleeds
Endless unhealing wounds
Who understands what they need

Dark Shadows soar
In the sky they cannot hide
In pain some even ask for more

Reality speaks unknown words
Does anyone understand
Yet no one has heard

Shadows mocking bland faces
Pale and full of fear
Dark are the mind's places

Black leaks within deep
Those wounds will never heal
Through a life time they weep

In the face of aloneness the pain we feel. This comes out very strong in your poem.

The sense of loneliness, being abandoned and alone knowing no one cares seeps from your words. A very sad and tragic place to be in. Really good poem.

The dark often represents sadness and loneliness and you do it very well here in your poem. good rhyming too.
