Autumn Approaching

Autumn Approaching

A Poem by Tina Kline

Fiery leaves suddenly appear
autumn is approaching
it's so clear

Geese passing in the chilly blue sky
I feel autumn coming
I hear it in their cry

The sun is shining with cold
Autumn will soon arrive
another year grows old

This is very beautiful. It describes the way seasons change from summer to fall perfectly.

The last stanza was a perfect descriptive :) I truly thought the rhyme factor could be removed. Rhyme doesn't matter at all. This poem is too good to rhyme. You might re-consider :) Keep writing.

Autumn is such a vivid wanderer, passing hot summer into chilled, color draped forests.. Here you speak that magic alive for us, and make us feel the season speak. Beautiful.

Yes the fall is coming. The birds are the first sign of the end of summer. The birds flying south to escape the cold. A very good poem. A reminder cold days will be here soon. A excellent poem. Thank you.
