Wild Horses

Wild Horses

A Poem by Tina Kline

Across the wild plains
Mustangs racing
Their tails and manes rippling
Brown and white horses
Wild and free
Freedom reigns as they gallop
Hear their thundering hooves
Here they come
There they go
The black stallion leading his mares
As across the vast prairies they flow

A very wild and beautiful vision. It's what the west is all about....freedom!

Very simple, but magical in its simplicity. You painted a natural, pretty picture. Thank you for sharing.

I am a sucker for any poem that can mimic the cadence and beauty of horses. Very nice job accomplishing both!
